Big Announcement!
Posted on June 26th, 2008.I am excited to announce that this Fall I will be launching a boy’s t-shirt line! It is something I have been planning on and off for over a year and I have decided to go full force and do it! So now that I’m telling all of you I really have to make it happen! 
The name of the line is Rockstar Boy and here is what is up on my website (www.rockstarboy.com) so far:
I know, not a lot yet but I’ll let you know when we have more! This clothing line was born out of a vision for my three boys to have a selection of clothes that are hip and trendy and that don’t “break the bank” to buy. The Rockstar Boy line of clothing will start off with cool graphical shirts, hoodies, etc. and we hope to rapidly expand from there. We are currently working hard to get everything ready to go for our Fall launch (exact date TBA soon).
As we are working on all of this there have been many aspects of the business to consider. One of which I have pondered quite frequently. You see every great business has a motto, tag line, slogan, etc.. I have thought of many. Here are some of the one’s that are in the running (pause. . . I’m becoming famous for pauses but I have to. . . I know that the following list may offend some of my dear friends and potential customers. And it is probably a bad idea to offend people before you launch a business. Please know I am not trying to hurt your feelings. I am only trying to save you countless apologies to your sons someday when they are older and they look back at childhood photos. I love you! Don’t hate me! Un-pause.)
Potential Slogans, Motto’s, etc.:
1) Rockstar Boy: Because little boys should never wear overalls.
2) Rockstar Boy: Because Giraffes and Dinosaurs on shirts are gay.
3) Rockstar Boy: Helping save boys from years of counseling after the trauma of wearing a smocked jumpsuit.
So, I’m thinking I don’t want to offend the masses so I probably will have to choose something other than these. I love you all and your poor little jumpsuit wearing boys. If you have a better slogan idea I’d love to hear it! More details to come soon! Peace out people!

Sounds like clothes for my little Anderson!!! TJ will be so excited!! He HATES little boys clothes… unless they look “cool”. I AM EXCITED!

Hey, Jack looks darn cute in those smocked john-johns and I take great offense to the smocked jumpsuit comment!!!! Just kidding. I forgive you. You would probably kill me if you saw some of the things jack has been known to wear! Can’t wait to see the merchandise- maybe it won’t be too late to save little Jackson from countless therapy sessions….
