A Million Words or Less about Ayden Jones

Posted on September 25th, 2008.

This year our younger two boys are going to a new preschool.  It’s a little more focused on academic learning than the others they have attended before.  Of course it is still a Christian environment and they have Chapel and Bible stories too but the academic work is serious business.  Ayden is in the Pre-K class and he has a homework sheet every night (granted he only goes 2 days a week but still)!  His teacher even gave Bill and I an assignment at meet the teacher back a month or so ago.  Me, being the procrastinator that I am, just now completed my assignment today.  Just a little late!  Oh well, what can she do, fail me?  :)   Anyways, the assignment was to tell the teacher in a million words or less about your child and what makes him so special.  So, I thought since I did finally take the time to write it out I should share it with everyone else as well because everyone should know why Ayden is such a special little man!  (Of course now I feel guilty for not writing about the other two so someday I’ll try and get around to that. . . I probably won’t so just so you know I think they are ALL VERY special)

A Million Words or Less about Ayden Jones

Ayden is a very sweet and loving little boy. He has so much compassion and grace to show to others. He loves to share and make others feel good about themselves. He has a very happy disposition and always has a positive outlook. He does not like it when one of his friends or brothers are hurt, sad, or in trouble. He will do whatever he can to make them feel better. Ayden loves to learn and try new things. He likes to play outside and explore nature. Ayden can be shy when he is first getting to know you. Once he feels comfortable he is full of knowledge and stories he likes to share. He is energetic and full of life. The love of Jesus shines through him in the way he treats others. He loves to learn scriptures, songs and Bible stories. He really listens well and can come home and tell us everything he learned. Ayden also likes to sing and dance. Ayden is a precious gift from God and we are so blessed by his little life and thankful that we have the opportunity to be his parents!

  1. He is precious!

  2. What a little doll! How do you ever tell him “no”?
