Post I Must!
Posted on November 7th, 2008.So, I haven’t been very good lately about blogging consistently. Sorry about that dear friends! First I was plagued by a nasty cold for 10 days in which I wanted to get a head transplant or permanently remove my nose. Both weren’t really options so I just had to deal with it. Then there was all the election drama that consumed us all in the final countdown to November 4th. But now that it’s over we can all focus on more important things like blogging and deciding which country we should all move to! (Switzerland is looking good to me). And since I’m on the topic of post-election rigamoro. . . can I just say that I’ve had enough of all the over the top “emotions” in regards to the results! I don’t want to see another Facebook status that says “God is still on the throne (in reference to the election)” or “We must now pray for our new president”, or “Get over it people, it is what it is.” While I do believe these comments are true who wants the “Sunday School” answer! I just like to make jokes and have fun with it because after all IT IS WHAT IT IS AND GOD IS STILL ON HIS THRONE! 
Please don’t misunderstand, I’m not trying to be sacrilegious or dishonor God. . . just trying to say “LIGHTEN UP PEEPS!!”.
Enough about that. So, because it’s now 10:04pm which is way past my new bedtime of 8:45pm (I’m a large pregnant girl. . . I need my sleep) I’ll have to keep it at that for now. But my next post will be about the night from down under (and I don’t mean Australia) two weeks ago when we had a broken down car during my illness. Oh, the joy! If I haven’t offended you with my political yap I’ll talk to you then! Gu-eten Aabig!!
